In the main living area, the kitchen is centrally located and provides a pantry, 12V refrigerator, cooktop, convection microwave, plus a flip-up countertop extension for an extra meal prep surface. There is a booth dinette (c/w 2 seat belts) next to the kitchen counter. Across from the dinette, is a 3 person couch with 3 seat belts. In the front, a queen cab over bunk gives you an extra sleeping area and/or extra storage space. Driving this amazing Motorhome is made easy with upgraded suspension, lane assist, blind spot monitors and cameras. We've fully equipped it with kitchen supplies, base bedding, mechanical add-ons and more, so you don't have to pack and bring items from home (see full list below). It boasts 27-feet of beautiful living space with extra-large windows (much larger than most trailers) and an extra-long slide-out for added space. Adults will be comfortable in the queen-sized-bed separate bedroom, with more storage than you'll need, AND we added a new ENDY mattress! The double-size bunks are ideal for younger family members. If you need even more space, the dinette converts into a bed for two and the couch folds open (great for watching movies at night). The modern kitchen comes with a propane stove and oven, microwave, farm style sink, large pantry (it's huge for a trailer!) and a full-size fridge. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and coffee/tea pods included. A 32-inch TV can be lifted and moved between indoors and outdoors. A 15-foot awning creates cover for an excellent sitting area and an amazing outdoor kitchen, with fridge, burners, a griddle, and (wait for it....) an ice maker! This is our family's little piece of joy! So light that almost any car can tow it! It is small and light, but has everything you need for a perfect camping getaway! This trailer is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children (or up to 3 adults). It features a dinette that turns into a super comfortable queen bed, a sofa that slides into a twin bed and a foldable bunk (best suitable for children, weight capacity of 150lbs). Inside you will find a 2 burner stove, sink, wet shower, 3.3cu ft 2-way fridge, fantastic fans, furnace, USB ports and an AC (only operates when the trailer is connected to power). The electric awning provides great shade! The trailer requires a 7-pin connection with a brake controller, we have a bluetooth brake controller that can be provided if your vehicle doesn't have one. If you plan to dry camp, we can also provide you with a solar panel. The hitch height is 17'' and the hitch ball 2 in''. Please confirm that the vehicle you are using is compatible with that. For safety reasons, your vehicle's towing capacity should be at least 2500 lbs. This trailer is used by our family. Please treat it as your own! Absolutely no smoking and no pets. When you contact me for a booking request, please let me know where are you going, if it is dry camping or not, how many people, what car you are using for towing and whatever needs you may have! Check in and check out is at 12 PM. I am flexible with times, but that must be agreed upon beforehand and extra charges for may apply if you need an earlier pick up and later drop off. Being a lightweight trailer, the tanks are small. If you are camping where there are no direct sewage connections (like any Ontario Provincial Park), we recommend you take advantage of the park's infrastructure or plan to dump mid-trip. The black tank will fill up in 1 or 2 days if it is the only toilet used by a family of 4. In our personal use, we leave the trailer's toilet for the night / early morning use and so far we've gone for about a week with no need to dump (2 adults, 2 kids). We provide basic kitchenware (plates, cups, silverware, pans), cleaning products, paper towels and trailer-friendly toilet paper. Bring your own linens, pillows, towels and food.
