If you won’t have one, you can add the generator option to the rental. Also, although the trailer is rated for 6, it is best for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Standard delivery time is 4pm, pickup approx. 10am. Bring your own linens (pillows, blankets, towels, tea towels etc.) and disposable items such as paper plates and cups. Please refrain from smoking inside the trailer. Additional fees of $250 will be charged if this rule is broken. Please use septic safe toilet paper. The septic will be emptied upon return, renter to cover mandatory fee. (see add-ons). Any additional pump out during your stay is the renters responsibility. If you require the Inside stove, BBQ and heat, the Propane add-on needs to be added to your request.
DELIVERY TO SITE ONLY Fantastic little 2021 bunkhouse model trailer, perfect for a couple or family of four. The small size allows trailer to fit in smaller sites and allows greater versatility when choosing campsites. We will deliver the trailer to your site and set it up for you. Just kick up your feet and relax! When it's time to leave, allow us to take care of everything once more. The outdoor shower is great for cleaning off the sand, mud, dirt, etc before heading inside, where you will find an indoor shower and toilet. The electric awning opens and closes with ease, providing a nice shaded area beside the outdoor bluetooth speakers! Speakers located both inside and outside can provide music or enhance your movies (played on your own device). Huge fridge and freezer will hold all you food for a week long trip. Small 2 burner propane cooktop, kitchen sink and microwave are all found in the little kitchen space. French press coffee maker, kettle, toaster and griddle are also included, along with basic cooking utensils, pots and dishes. Olive oil (or similar) and basic spices complete the kitchen. Outdoor 2 burner camp stove can be included for extra. Double bed up front, bunk bed in the back. Please note, bunk beds are 5'8" long. Dinette becomes fifth bed if required. Mattress protectors and linens are provided at no extra cost (linens not included for dinette). Infant bassinet or infant sleep space (converted bottom bunk) can be added upon request. *trailer is not baby-proofed and supervision is required at all times*. Our trailer is pet-free and smoke-free (including e-cigarettes and similar) at all times. This trailer is suitable for serviced sites as small as 18'. No unserviced sites at this time please, due to current electrical requirements. Delivery within a 120km radius, delivery cost dependent on distance. $2.50 per km, minimum $100. If a service call is required mid trip to empty grey/black water and refill fresh water, a $50 charge will be applied.

Sorry, the pictures aren’t very good - we only took a few pictures at the dealership in December and we haven’t picked the camper up yet! It’s time to get out of the city and enjoy some peace and freedom in the great outdoors; but that doesn’t mean you have to sleep on the ground! If you’re looking to get away in beautiful Prince Edward County, we can deliver to your location of choice and set everything up for you; just arrive and relax. If you're interested in longer distances, please reach out and we can discuss delivery costs. All rentals require delivery. (However, if you’re someone who tows regularly and has a large vehicle with a brake controller, reach out and we can discuss) Outside: it includes several camping and folding chairs, and a power awning with LED lighting. It also has outdoor speakers for your music connected to a Bluetooth stereo, and a small outside kitchen and shower. Inside: the usual 3 burner propane stove, oven, large fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, air fryer, and a Keurig coffee maker. Pots & pans, kettle, dishes, utensils, hand and dish soap are all standard items. A ducted furnace and ducted air conditioning keep you comfortable. The large slide adds lots of space inside. The air-shaped dinette seats 4 comfortably, and sleeps 2 when folded. The TV has inputs for your favourite gaming console. The double bunks have a 600 pound capacity and can sleep 2 people per bunk, if required. Just like our last one - this is our family camper. We ask that renters treat it with respect and return it the way that it left us. Please note: the mandatory "Cleaning Charge" not only includes normal cleaning and sanitation, but also means that we take care of dumping the septic tanks and covers your propane usage, so there's no additional charges for you to worry about. That said, stains or messes in excess of what most would consider “normal” may be subjected to a cleaning fee or extra charges. This is a non-smoking camper. There will be an automatic $250.00 charge for any baby wipes, flushable wipes, cleaning wipes, paper towel or any other foreign objects found in the septic.
