Great vehicle and owner. Easy to work with and great communication. Accept the charges for the windshield since it happened during our trip. Owner notified and was good at communication van was not in full working order but when notified it was too late to find another rental. Accepted the van with electrical plugs not working at all, loose shelving, and doors.
