Terrible experience. I rented an RV for two nights and around 7 pm on the first day the generator board broke, leaving us with no power. I contacted KA and they said they could only send a mechanic to fix the problem the following day, leaving us with no power or A/C for the night. He was supposed to be there at 9, but didn’t show up until 1130. It took him a couple of hours to find the problem and ultimately had to bring a portable generator for us to run on. By this time, we hadn’t had power in almost 17 hours. It was around 100 degrees inside the Daytona speedway. Thankfully, the mechanic was amazing and came in on his day off to help, but when I asked about being refunded for one night, KA told me no. Don’t use this company. They do not care about the customer at all
