Book this campervan!! It is everything you’ll need for your road trip! Ken and Chelsie were amazing, super nice and very quick to communicate. Ken gave a detailed review of the van and answered all of our questions before our trip. The van is full of everything you’d need! They stock the van with several spices/herbs, coffee, tea and much more! The cameras make the van very easy to maneuver. The queen bed is very comfortable and the AC is very efficient. Suggest to book at electric hookup sites to take full advantage of the AC on hot nights.

behind and under couch and seat dirty with face mask and candy wrap and dirt. Have to very careful opening fridge because handle is broken. AC quits working in back when driving ,gets very hot there. Husband has copd and could not lay in bed while rv is moving because no ac back there. RV looks nice on the outside , but inside needs up date and better cleaning.

First time RV rental -family of 5 with the older teens. Trip plan: Driving our van overnight from WI to CO to pick up RV and then continue on to Moab, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon and Grand Escalante and 4 Corners National Monument. Started planning trip in November and at all details complete I miss February including an RV rented from different owner via different APP. One week before our detailed 4th of July 8 day trip, different owner canceled our RV reservation due to the current condition of the RV when the renters returned it. Any challenges that needed attention would not be fixed in time for a trip.EEEEeeeek! Quickly continue to look through that app and decided to open up to Cruise America & RV easy. Found Jerry & Martina 28 ft Majestic available only for the dates we need it, I knew it was a sign… ended up being a most EXCELLENT sign!! I reached out and explain their situation and ask questions regarding the RV and confirmed the availability. Communication from the start all the way through our trip to closing inspection was most excellent. This was very important to us as first time RV renters and made us feel it is as we traveled through Utah. Jerry and Martina accommodated our morning pick up time, were thorough with beginning inspection and patient with all of our questions. We were immediately impressed with the size, condition, and accommodations of the 28 foot RV. Hosts are super friendly! It’s obvious they enjoy accommodating peoples, RV requests and making sure that you are comfortable and have a trip of a lifetime. Within the first day, I felt it was a challenge with the refrigerator and the temperature. With great communication from our hosts, we were able to adjust refrigerator temperature and have peace of mind and our food both in the fridge and freezer were OK for our remaining trip. Jerry, being a mechanic, gave us peace of mind that we knew the unit was well-maintained for safety and driving condition. I highly recommend Jerry and Martina, and any of their three RVs. They are a pleasure to work with, take their RV business seriously, have a great communication, and always have your best interest in mind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
