First time renting/driving something this big. Akis helped out immensely to make sure we were comfortable and confident with the RV. Driving it was a bit shakey on bendy roads but was to be expected. Once parked we had the most comfortable experience. If we had any issues we could always reach out and get a response within 5 minutes. Everything worked great and we had a flawless experience.
