He delivered the trailer on time; told us all the information needed and pick up was the same. Alex is very personable, helpful and we will definitely recommend using Alex to anyone. We had a family get together at our cottage and rented the trailer for out of country family members and they were impressed with the "luxury accommodation". It was so well stocked with anything a camper would need. - top notch experience!
