We had an amazing experience renting an RV from Mark. He communicated well, provided lots of resources for any questions, and was also available to help in case we ran into issues. This was my first time renting an RV and Mark was the perfect host since he made me feel at ease with the entire process. He scheduled a call the day before the rental pickup to clarify any questions I may have and also helped look into things such as fresh water availability at the RV site I was driving to. I did not expect any host to do this so he went above and beyond what was expected. The RV itself runs really well, was clean and well organized, and included everything one might need and more: there were beach chairs, towels, plates, playing cards, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, gloves, and a whole lot more. I cannot think of anything negative because our rental experience was just perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better host for my first RV experience and I'll definitely recommend Mark to others and will be coming back myself as well. Thank you!
