Juan was a great host and the RV was everything mentioned. As a first timer he helped me figure out a few tips and tricks throughout our trip. The ride was smooth, the kids enjoyed the flexibility of using the bathroom and grabbing a snack when safe to do so. I would definitely recommend this camper van especially if you are traveling with small children. We traveled mid summer so we ran the generator a lot, so, plan your trip accordingly. Mr. Juan was very easy to contact and made adjustments when our plans changed due to an emergency. Really good and honest host.

They're friendly, responsive, and really care about making sure you have a great experience. They explained everything about the van and made sure we were all set before we left.
