Beautiful, practically newTravel trailer!! This 28-foot Coachmen Freedom Express comes with a full kitchen and set up (pots, pans, silverware, coffee pot, coffee etc!! ) The Main bedroom has an extremely comfortable 3" memory foam topper with a QUEEN mattress. This camper also has a pull-out couch and a dinette that converts and can easily fit two people!! This trailer sleeps 4 very comfortably! If you like to watch TV, the camper comes with a flat screen smart tv ready for WiFi and has HDMI hook up. Bluetooth stereo, a Large awning outside with LED lights! You can also find chairs and an outdoor rug in the storage compartment along with a grill!! This camper really has everything you are looking for when it comes to getting away!!! Take a peek around before you head out for supplies! I DO NOT provide towels. *I do recommend watching a video for this particular camper on YouTube. It is very helpful. Delivery and set up available! 2021 Pioneer BH250. The dry weight is roughly 5000 pounds and just under 7000 pounds if you load it to the max. Vertical clearance required is 11 feet. This is a nice new clean camper and the interior will be thoroughly cleaned between each rental. Great camper for a long weekend or a few weeks! Two 25 ft drinking water hoses, one 25 foot non potable water hose, 40 feet of sewer hose, all necessary extension cords and adapters to use any generator or campsite power source. Bring your own king size sheets for the bed or rent from us. Two mattresses and bunk platform if you want to use the bunk beds. Dinette and couch both convert into a bed. King bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults, dinette sleeps two kids or one adult, couch laid out sleeps two kids or one adult. Two bunks will sleep two adults or four kids total. We just took this camper on an over 7000 mile road trip without any issues. We upgraded to a heavier load range tire so blowouts will be unlikely. this camper towed nicely through the rocky mountains and has plenty of space for your family and pups. If you are not comfortable towing use my delivery and setup services. If you plan on towing plan to use at least a half ton truck or full size SUV. You can use my weight distribution hitch and I will set up for you. If you plan on going out west to the rockies or driving through heavy wind like the great plains a 3/4 ton truck or suburban/excursion is recommended.

The kitchen has three burners, oven and microwave with a refrigerator and freezer combo. Unit is throughly cleaned and sanitized after every use. All linens and towels are washed after each use. All dishes, utensils, and glasses are properly sanitized after each use. The bathroom has the toilet, shower tub combo and a vanity. Plenty of storage and there are two smart TVs, one located in the bedroom and one in the main area. There is an outdoor "shower" which just means there is cold and hot water located on the exterior of the RV that has a hose for washing off boots, gear, or kids.... It sleeps 6 in real beds. Has fold out couch - double and dinette- full to sleep more if needed. No smoking. We do allow dogs BUT they MUST be left in a crate if left alone. No grooming or bathing the dog/dogs in the RV. If there is damage or strong odor from pets or smoking, it will result in lose of security deposit. This RV is DELIVERY ONLY.
