Very new RV, smaller for those that don’t want to haul around a big rig. Queen bed with dinette converts to bed and very large bed over cab. Great size shower. We love it but have several other commitments this summer and won’t be able to use it so figured we should rent it out to help with the expenses. Has a tv over the cab as well. Has 2 seatbelts in the dinette seats. There is a very large bed over the cab but that is not an option below for beds so it could sleep 6 if 2 adults and 4 children. Has a large closet in bedroom with 2 drawers and overhead compartments as well as storage under the bed. We do not need 3 months advance notice. We do have a very nice awning and my understanding is it is not covered by insurance if damaged so if damaged that will be at the expense of the renters.

I’ve used my Travel Trailer on 5 trips so far. It was purchased new. We are a family of 5 and we sleep comfortably. It can sleep up to 7 people. The camper comes with an outside kitchen and shower. I’m willing to deliver and set up for a fee within hours of Richmond, Va.

The primary bedroom has a smart TV with king-sized bed and plenty of room for your personal belongings. The loft area, located right above the bedroom, is tall enough for a small adult to sit up in. The loft contains 2 twin size memory foam mattress pads. The rig is set for 50 amp, but we have converters to 30 amp, if needed, so please plan ahead when booking your campsite as some functions, including the AC, will not work on a 30 amp. We have a bunch of camping stuff so if you don't see something listed then let me know because we might have it!
