Simplicity is economical too, generally averaging over 17 miles per gallon of gas. You’ll notice that Simplicity has some aesthetic personal touches as well—a handstitched Lancaster County, PA quilt on the bed, a custom-made hardwood cutting board that doubles as a cover for the sink. You're going to love this extra large camper with two slide-outs. You'll have two separate closed rooms for sleeping and privacy. On one end is the comfortable king bed featuring a mattress topper and two hinged doors. On the other end is a bunk room with a modular sofa/mattress and 2 additional bunks with a private hinged door. There are two additional areas for sleeping in the center: a tri-fold couch as well as a convertible dinette. You could comfortably sleep 8, but with small children sharing the fold-down couches and dinette, you could possibly sleep 10. The full bathroom has its own door for easy access from outdoors. You'll have a= toilet, a sink with some countertop, and a nice size shower. The kitchen features a 6 cu. ft. refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, and microwave. We include basic dishes, utensils, and cookware, as well as a coffee pot or Keurig. For your comfort, there are two air conditioners. To use both, you must have 50 amp service. You can also use one with 30 amp service. There is central floor heat. There is a television with a sound bar with bluetooth to connect your phone to the speakers (indoors and out). Outdoors, you will find a large awning for sun protection as well as an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and cooktop. There is also an outside shower for rinsing off mud or sand. It has a TV in the living room and it has a DVD player and AM/FM radio with blue tooth capabilities and speakers that play either inside/outside or both. It has LED lighting under the automatic awning. It has an automatic slide out where the table and couch are located. It will come equipped with outdoor rugs, zero gravity chairs, folding tables, a 17 inch table top blackstone gas griddle, blankets, sheets, towels, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This 33 foot camper can sleep 8-10 people! It features 1 queen bed in its own private room, as well as another bedroom with two bunks and a fold down queen bed. The couch and dinette within the living area can be used for sleeping areas as well. The kitchen area has a large refrigerator/freezer, gas cook top, gas oven, and microwave. The bathroom features a stand up shower. Linens and towels are included. This camper also features a small outdoor kitchen with a small refrigerator and griddle. This camper can be towed by you/your party, however appropriate experience and vehicle is required. We can deliver and setup for you as well! Minimum 3 night stay.

We also have a small travel trailer. This travel trailer has a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, and a dinette for sleeping. It has a refrigerator, two burner stove top, microwave and a supplied kitchen. Linens and towels are provided as well. Pick a campground or another area of your choice (i.e. private land) and we will deliver and setup everything for you! Or if you have towing experience, this travel trailer can be picked up and towed by you!

This 5th wheel has a master bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, and master bathroom. There is also a bunk room with a set of bunk beds and one single bed. The dinette can be used for a bed as well. There is a half bath located near the bunk room. Linens and towels are provided as well. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything for cooking. The outdoor kitchen includes a sink and small fridge. It’s like a small home on wheels! Pick a campground or other area (i.e. private land, etc.) and we will deliver and setup everything for you! Minimum 3 night stay. This camper is delivery only!
