Only use RV-approved toilet paper in the toilet or dispose of toilet paper in a trash bag. Regular toilet paper will clog the toilet and the renter will be responsible for damages. $200.00... Mandatory cleaning fee must be added to every rental…trailer is cleaned before and after each rental… cleaning fee added prior to booking The gray and black water tanks must be cleaned prior to returning the trailer or a portion of the deposit will be used to clean the tanks. Please submit the requested time of pick up when submitting the request to confirm availability. DROP OFF TIME must be prior to 4:00 pm. If the travel trailer is not returned, an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour will be charged, unless delivery and pickup is scheduled. This is a family owned RV with a queen bedroom and bunk house, perfect for a family get away. Camper does sleep up to 10, sleeping 6-8 comfortably. The sofa pulls out and is great for younger campers. KITCHEN: Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, sugar, creamer, coffee cups, plastic plates/bowls & cups. Silverware: forks/spoons/knives, paper towels, kitchen linens, pots/pans, cast iron griddle & pans, cooking utensils, grilling utensils, can opener, scrubbing sponge, oven mitt. There is also an outside pull out kitchenette w/ small refrigerator, ice maker and stove top. LINENS & BEDDING: - Bath towels, hand towels, & wash cloths - Clean Queen bedding provided w/pillows - Mattress protectors w/ fitted sheets provided for bunk house beds and table bed. **we do not use top linens for the bunk house, table bed, or pull out couch. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, and/or PETS in the camper please. The full deposit will be withheld should any of these occur. - Do not over fill gray and black tanks. $150 fee will accompany overfilling of tanks for additional cleaning. - Slide out Canopy must be stored when not being used, when the camper is unaccompanied, and windy conditions. Storms can damage these quickly. Renter will be responsible for any damages accrued to the canopy and camper. - No sea shore camping.
This beautiful Travel Trailer is loaded with great features. We have camping lanterns ,camping chairs and a Keurig on board .Air conditioning is super cold and heater very hot. Outdoor lights ,outdoor shower, outdoor speakers as well as 2 30 pound propane tanks. This unit also has an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator,sink and griddle. It has power stabilizer jacks. It is very user friendly for first time campers with plenty of instructions. It still smells new. I pull it with my Silverado 1500. I believe a Ford f150 with 3.5 v6 twin turbo should have no problems either. This is a great trailer for making those family memories. Little Red is in great shape and kept super clean. The main cabin has a comfy queen, cold A/C, an entertainment center with TV, DVD, CD, and bluetooth. The outdoor kitchen has a two range stove, sink, and cooler. We have a bedding package available that includes linens and towels and a kitchen package that includes cookware, flatware, utensils, pour-over coffee setup, and more! Additional camping accessories are available, just ask! Little Red is a modern take on the retro teardrop design. Keep in mind that this trailer does not have a restroom. Most campgrounds have restrooms and showers easily accessible, but we also have additional supplies if you're looking to boondock or dry camp. We charge a Prep & Sanitization fee of $50 per rental, on ALL rentals. If any additional cleaning is needed, a separate cleaning fee will be charged. Please be sure your vehicle is equipped to tow Little Red before reserving. This includes a 2" Hitch (we provide ball mount/ball), 7-Pin Connection, and a towing capacity of at least 1500 lbs.

Clean up is a breeze in a washer/dryer also included... - No special Driver License needed - Allowable miles and generator usage are based on paid nights. So if you paid for three nights than you get 3 times the allowable usage of the generator and mileage, etc. Charges will accrue for any usage over that as per the listed amount. BASIC RULES: 1. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" cleaning fee. This allows for ozone treatment. 2. All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out. 3. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. 5. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
