The camper is clean and in outstanding condition. Please bring all linens, pillows and bedding needed. The unit comes fully furnished with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and toaster oven. A 5th wheel receiver must be installed in the tow vehicle and the tow vehicle must be adequetly rated to tow the trailer. All others should select the option for delivery by paying the $75 delivery fee. This fee covers the cost to deliver the unit up 30 miles from the Harlem, GA post office and set the unit up for your stay.
