Rent our affordable oversized gas grill/griddle combo providing the camp chef an opportunity to demonstrate his skills during breakfast, lunch and dinner! Your outdoor space is covered by a 9x12 soft lite awning. Basic camping gear - outdoor carpet, 4 chairs and side table are included. The pristine interior is cooled on warm days by an oversized AC unit and on those cooler days warmed by a powerful furnace. Also provide are basic linens, bed rail for top bunk, cooking utensils, pots, pans and drink ware - enough for 8 guests. You provide your food, beverage and the desire to enjoy the great outdoors. Delivery/set up available. Delivery/setup is 4:00 - 7:00 PM and pick up by 11:00 AM unless other arrangements are made. Later deliveries may incur an additional charge. Getting older light weight trailer that is towable with a half ton truck with a load leveling hitch . Everything works very well and I just purchased a new mattress for the master bed .this can be a stationary rental as I have a good amount of land to park it on if you just want to get away for a quick weekend or your favorite camp sit is booked . The van seats 2 passengers with seatbelts and has an awesome led lit awning! There is a small safe bolted inside the van to hold valuables. There is plenty of room under the bed for storage .This van is fully equipped with anything you need for boondocking or staying at a site. It has all of the hookups for city electric and water. Perhaps even more fun, it also is fully boondocking ready with two EcoTrek lithium ion battery modules, solar panels. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 15 gallon black water cassette. This van contains a cassette toilet that needs to be emptied every 3-4 days (more or less depending on usage). At pickup, we will provide instructions for emptying the tank. If the van is returned with a full toilet tank, you will be charged a fee of $150. If you are going on a shorter trip, in the 2-4 day range, and would not like to empty the tank on the road we offer tank emptying services in the add-ons section for the same $150.***On pickup, the van will have a full tank of gas. On return, we ask that you please return the vehicle with a full tank. If the van is not returned with a full tank of gasoline, you will be charged a fee of $150.
