It seats four with true, automotive seatbelts, and sleeps four in the two queen beds (a sofa bed in the back and one in the pop top tent, accessible via a ladder from the interior of the vehicle). While it is equipped with shore power and water hookup, it is easy to use and setup because you really don't need to hook it up or plug it in to be comfortable on board.
