This trailer is 25 feet from tongue to lights . It has 21 feet of space . There is a full bathroom shower toilet and sink. The kitchen has a microwave oven stove top and sink . There is a toaster oven a full size refrigerator. Which will run on gas or shore power. There is 40 gallons of fresh water 27 gallons of Grey and 27 of black water. There is a queen size bed ,a couch that folds in to bed and the kitchen table into a bed. There also a radio with Bluetooth with outside or inside speakers. Also there is a 19 inch TV by the bed that can move to be seen almost anywhere in the trailer . I also have a small gas BBQ in trailer for outside cooking. It takes the small bottles. I even have a generator that can go with the trailer for a additional cost I Of 40 for the hole rental ot will include 2 gallons gas for it

It features a beautiful and modern interior design with a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bedroom, and a fun bunk house that's great for kids. The RV is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, a TV, and a sound system. The two slide outs provide plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation. The outdoor kitchen has a mini refrigerator and a small griddle. This area is perfect for hosting barbecues and enjoying the beautiful weather *** If smoking of any kind inside the camper is question then the security deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
2014 Coachmen RV with hard to find bunk beds! The dedicated bunks make sleeping much simpler without relying on converting lounging/dining space to beds. The bedroom boasts a nice queen sized bed while the cabover bunk equates to a full bed. (Max weight____). For those needing more sleeping space, the Dinnette and couch both convert to beds.

The bathroom has plenty of room. It features a toilet, sink, and shower. Freshwater holding tank with 44 gallons and both greywater and blackwater holding tanks with 30 gallons each. This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper. The RV does have a generator. We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental. All linens are removed and washed every rental . Cleaning supplies are in the camper including disinfectant, dish soap, cleaning towels, and hand soap.
