The fold out beds make it easier to sleep more people. Each of the 3 queen fold out beds have a heated mattress and will sleep 2 adults comfortably. NONSMOKING camper! The dining table makes a bed as does the sofa. This camper comes with kitchen ware. (Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, glasses and cups.) K-cup coffee maker with K-cups provided. An outside grill plate is included as well as a small prep table. A nice living area will make it comfortable when you are inside to cook, eat and entertain. There is one tv included which can also be mounted on the outside. It has a house refrigerator,/freezer, furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Of course, you are camping to enjoy the great outdoors so this camper would be perfect for your weekend getaway or week/month vacation. Our Shamrock also has outside shower to clean off your pups paws or rinse off sand and dirt from your feet. Must have 50 amp service to run a/c, sewage tank is not removeable, either hooked to septic or the whole camper needs taken to dump waste. Delivery fees and dumping fee if not hooked to sewer and not emptied before pick up. No less than 3 night minimum unless 30 miles or less delivered or pay more than said delivery. If no water hookup must have water on site to fill tank, can’t haul with full tanks too much weight.
