Inside is a small, comfortable couch that turns into a 54"x74" 'Full' Size bed using the cushions from the couch. (*may be uncomfortable for anyone over 6') 19" TV, A/C, Heat, Radio and Solar Battery Charger controls. 3 USB charging ports. Small storage shelf. This little unit has features found in large units: -A/C and Heat (110v necessary for A/C) -Kitchenette W/ Refrigerator, 2 Burner Stove, Sink and Microwave (110v necessary for Microwave) -Bluetooth Stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. -19" TV (110v necessary) -Hot and Cold water for cooking, cleaning and using the shower. -Shower is on outside of camper. (Popup shower enclosure provided) -Large Outdoor Rug & 10'x10' canopy are provided ***The only thing it does NOT have is a toilet*** -We DO NOT provide linens, pillows, etc. You can rent a set of sheets for $5.00 -Upon request we provide a small charcoal grill. -We also have a 22" Blackstone griddle available for rent $25/night or flat $75 for anything over 3 nights. Everything except the A/C, TV & Microwave run on 12V from the Battery or Propane (Both are on the trailer). The A/C and Microwave require 110V regular electric provided by a Std. or 30A electrical connection wherever you're going to be or a generator (Not included w/ rental) Trailer is easily towed by any vehicle with a 2” receiver and 7-pin connector. An adjustable hitch to accommodate for different vehicles is provided (no cost). We offer delivery close to our location. Just send a message to see if we can deliver where you're going. If we are delivering to an event and are delayed for longer than 1/2hr from the time we arrive. A Fee of $50 for every half hour will be charged at the end of the rental period. If there are no delays for dropping off or picking up, no fees will be added.

This RV would be PERFECT for the following parties: 1. 1-3 singles 2. 1-2 couples 3. 1 single/1 couple, up to 2-3 children Rides 4 (seatbelts), sleeps 5 (1 Queen bedroom, 1 pullout couch, 1 twin framed air mattress) This RV would NOT be a great fit for the following parties: 1. Groups of 6 or larger (only 4 seat belts) 2. Groups requiring more than three beds (only 2 queens, 1 full) 3. No Pets at this time Propane, water, dumping, silverware and cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning products, dish/hand soaps, Keureg, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oils/spray, foil, plastic wrap, and more... - all included! Pack your gear, personal toiletries, food, linens -and anything else you may need! That's basically it! If you're new, we'll walk you through everything! The master bedroom hosts a comfy king mattress, large closet, and dresser. A 2nd bedroom with a trifold pull-out sofa makes a nice queen sized sleep space. The loft contains a King-sized bunker mattress. Outlets are bedside in both rooms for sleep machines or baby monitors. Loft and 2nd bedroom are perfect for young adults or even 2-4 small children each. We have children too. We understand the need for high chairs, bassinet, and all things tiny human related. Just ask, we most likely have it for rent as an add-on. The living area is open to a full kitchen with residential refrigerator and plenty of pantry space. My husband and I love to go out and enjoy the outdoors with our kids and we wanted to give others the opportunity without the hassle and cost of ownership. We’re sending out our RV with a pot and pan, some cooking utensils, dishes, cups, coffee cups, coffee pot, microwave, four camping chairs, camping rug, two flashlights, linen, small table, and small refrigerator. The only thing we’re going to charge as an add on is a generator if you request it. So let us know what you need and we’ll send it out with the camper. Welcome to our serenity.
