This travel trailer has had very little use and is waiting to take you on an adventure. With a weight of 3,074 lbs almost any SUV, truck, or large van can tow it. There is 1 queen bed at the front of the camper, two bunks at the rear, and the dining area turns into a bed as well- easily able to sleep 5. This trailer is perfect for a single person to "get away from it all" or a growing family to dip their toes into the waters of camping. Some notes: - indoor and outdoor shower - 30 amp hook up - USB ports next to each bed/ bunk - 120 AC plug exterior to trailer - wifi ready - cable ready - 20# propane tank (runs the hot water heater, range, and furnace), basic kitchen supplies, water hoses, sewage hoses.
Our new 29-ft RV provides plenty of room for the whole family with 8 seat belts and accommodates car seats. Theatre seating recliners. The RV features indoor and outdoor TVs which have the option of cable or streaming over wi-fi, if offered at the campground or resort. The full queen bed in the master bedroom has a sliding privacy door, there is a dinette bed, and a full queen bed in the forward loft, which has a 750-lb capacity and power lift. Overall sleeps comfortably 4 adults and 1-2 small children. Two AC units will keep you cool when connected to 50-amp service. The kitchen has a large sink, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and the kitchen area is stocked with kitchenware for 8 people. Skillets, pans, coffeemaker, crockpot, air fryer, small George Foreman grill, toaster, countertop ice machine, bed linens, blankets, and towels are present for your use. Bed pillows are available by request at no extra charge. An outdoor gas grill is available along with a 2'x4' folding table. Outdoor sink and refrigerator are also available. Cleaning supplies, broom, mop, spices and herbs, toilet paper, leveling blocks, cornhole game, and indoor games are provided. A full freshwater tank will be provided upon request. Due to the high cost of repair and extended downtime due to damage, the use of the awning will not be permitted. No towing is allowed. No smoking or pets are allowed inside the RV or an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be incurred. If returned without fuel refilled, a charge of $30 plus fuel cost will be charged. Failure to refill propane will incur a $50 charge plus cost of propane. Lost/stolen keys: $150. Black & gray tank disposal penalty fee: $75. You can keep your rental cost down by dumping the sewer and refilling fuel prior to return. We clean and sanitize between rentals following CDC guidelines. But we cant alway go so would love to share the camping experience with another family, group etc. The camper will have some pots , pans cooking utensils. Plates and bowls It will also come with cleaning supplies if you spill something. Trash bags and rags are included I would highly recommend you bringing your own sleeping blankets as the camper comes with a basic sheet on each bed and a basic pillow.

This RV would be PERFECT for the following parties: 1. 1-3 singles 2. 1-2 couples 3. 1 single/1 couple, up to 2-3 children Rides 4 (seatbelts), sleeps 5 (1 Queen bedroom, 1 pullout couch, 1 twin framed air mattress) This RV would NOT be a great fit for the following parties: 1. Groups of 6 or larger (only 4 seat belts) 2. Groups requiring more than three beds (only 2 queens, 1 full) 3.
