Outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge, and gas grill. Power awning with led lighting and indoor/outdoor speakers. Queen bed with pocket doors for privacy. Couchjack knifes out to make a twin size bed that is very comfortable. Dinning table converts to a twin bed along with twin bunk beds. Full bathroom. A/c and heater. Perfect for a weekend trip but has enough room for longer stays as well.
Very well maintained 2014 Jayco Flight. Plenty of space for a big family or lots of friends and light enough to tow with an SUV. Rugged enough for trailing into a state forest or just setting in the back yard.

Getting older light weight trailer that is towable with a half ton truck with a load leveling hitch . Everything works very well and I just purchased a new mattress for the master bed .this can be a stationary rental as I have a good amount of land to park it on if you just want to get away for a quick weekend or your favorite camp sit is booked . The van seats 2 passengers with seatbelts and has an awesome led lit awning! There is a small safe bolted inside the van to hold valuables. There is plenty of room under the bed for storage .This van is fully equipped with anything you need for boondocking or staying at a site. It has all of the hookups for city electric and water. Perhaps even more fun, it also is fully boondocking ready with two EcoTrek lithium ion battery modules, solar panels. There is a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon grey water tank, and 15 gallon black water cassette. This van contains a cassette toilet that needs to be emptied every 3-4 days (more or less depending on usage). At pickup, we will provide instructions for emptying the tank. If the van is returned with a full toilet tank, you will be charged a fee of $150.
