Our cozy camper is the perfect rental for your family vacation! Spacious with plenty of drawers and storage areas. Sleeps up to 10. We are a family of 6 that love to travel. We have an airbnb by Disney World and have loved being super hosts and meeting so many amazing families. We have decided to rent out our RV so that others can enjoy our cozy camper and we can continue to meet wonderful families from all over. You’ll feel right at home while traveling on the road or parked at the campground. * if you have any questions or special requests, we are pretty flexible and easy going. Happy to help assist in making your vacation the best one yet! What’s included with your rental: -Starter kit: 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 1 hand soap -Cleaning supplies: sanitation wipes, dust buster, broom/pan -Outdoor rug - 6 camping chairs - Keurig - kitchen basics - cleaning/prep fee ($150) charged at time of booking: includes preparing the rental unit by sanitizing interior and cleaning exterior, full propane tank, starter kit of supplies. *it is the renters responsibility to make sure RV is returned reasonably clean. If an excessive amount of dirt, food, unkept appliances etc is found there will be an additional charge of $100. *Full fuel tank is provided at pick up, if not discussed prior to returning, and fuel is not returned full- a fee of 20% premium of current fuel rates will be added. * Dumping Fee-If not previously agreed upon, and the tanks are not emptied upon return, a fee of $150 will be added. Supplemental rental agreement (SRA) document must be signed after booking reservation confirmed. Please note the following rules: * No smoking * No pets * No festivals Tailgating is allowed upon approval. $250 fee taken from security deposit if any of these rules are violated.
