About Our Trailer: Top of the line Grand Design-build and appearance. Outside: • The RV has a large 18ft one-touch power awning with LED lights. •There is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, and water hose. Inside: • In our kitchen we provide the basic needs for any Kitchen: pots, pans, coffee pots, dinnerware for up to 8, cutlery, utensils, kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies. RV has a large Refrigerator. • The bathroom has a big standing shower. • We have a full Queen sized mattress in the front private room. In the rear of the trailer is a full over full bunk bed with privacy curtains. The dining table can convert into a full-size bed. The Sofa can serve as a sleeping arrangement as well. *Remember to pack your own linens comforters, towels, or sleeping bags!* • For entertainment we have a wall-mounted 32-inch TV, some family games (cards, UNO, board games). • This is a smoke-free unit as we travel with small children ourselves. If the RV smells of smoke, you forfeit your entire security deposit, NO Exceptions. No cigarette butts in camper trash.

2012 Keystone Raptor very comfortable for adults and kids. Pet Friendly as long as they do their busy outside camper! Private bath and shower. Air condition throughout trailer except for garage but if using fans, you can make it comfortable. Garage has screened in door and usually sleep with door open and deck off the back is nice area for sitting at night or early morning coffee. I will try to send some better pictures ASAP.
