All Inclusive 2020 Jayco Like new well maintained Jayflight 30ft camper. Delivery and set up on some pillows are supplied with the camper if needed. Also Included are chairs, silverware (plastic your rented site to the Quemahoming dam is free for a 4 night rental. $50.00 for less than 4 nights. Bring your sleeping bags, food and personal items. Outdoor kitchen, Sheets, blankets, towels and and paper} along with standard cooking items. Keurig, teapot, waffle maker (if plugged into power) hot dog and mountain pie maker, small tables, and all necessary items for Electric, sewage and water hookups. (sorry, no generator available at this time) Leveling blocks towing stabilizing hitch. Tow vehicle will need be equipped with trailer brake. NO SMOKING in this RV PETS: I do allow trained pets but please no grooming or messes inside. If any damage or excess hair I will have to deduct from the security deposit to cover repairs, replacements, or cleaning. I just ask to return it in as good of a condition as it was upon arrival. DELIVERY AND PICKUP: I have it listed as no delivery but I may be able to deliver and pick up on a case-by-case basis. Questions? Please contact me. My time is limited on Saturday and Sundays because.... if the sun is shining I will most likely be out on my Harley or camping myself!!! tolls or turnpike fees are the responsibility of the guest Camp site power (check with the campground if generator use is permitted ) Just a note that the A/C, microwave and tv run on 120 volt and would require power hookup or a minimum of 3,000 watt generator. if your site has power available great !.......... if not, and think you may need a generator and don’t have one to bring, I can provide a generator for use of 4 hours a day free and $5.oo per hr after. Please let me know If i should provide one. Free delivery and set up to your reserved site at the Quemahoning Dam Family Campground with a 3-day rental. Under 3-day $50.00 fee. I may be able to deliver to any level site within 60 miles and charge per milage chart. Easy driving RV that comes with everything but your clothes, personal items and food. Bringing your own bedding is recommended, sheets and some blankets are included at no charge. Motorhome has 1 queen size bed and a queen size loft, 2 Ruku TVs, radio , built-in generator. Enjoy the 4 folding chairs and a few folding tables. included are mountain pie makers, hot dog sticks, a Keurig, tea pot, paper plates and plastic silverware provided, Blackstone griddle & tools. NO SMOKING allowed inside the motorhome. PETS: I do allow trained pets but please no grooming or messes inside. It’s well maintained and I have a professional clean the trailer on every return. I am a germ-a-phobic so I like it clean. This is a nonsmoking ( cigarettes, cigars, vaping, pot, etc.) trailer. If our 3rd party cleaning service detects smoke you will be fined $300.
The 263BHS is a classic family bunk house floorplan. Plenty of sleeping is provided by a queen bed in the private master bedroom, two spacious double-over-double bunk beds, as well as our extra-large U-shaped dinette and jiffy bed sofa. Well thought-out features including the easy view angled entertainment center, generous kitchen pantry and standard outside camp kitchen. Additional storage spaces include the under-bunk cubby and floor-to-ceiling closet in the master bedroom. This is a nonsmoking (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, pot, etc.) trailer. If our 3rd party cleaning service detects smoke you will be fined $300.

We are located next door to Small Town Campsites( you can find them on Facebook) if you’d like to rent a lot from them and stay and explore Beautiful Pendleton County WV we can take our camper there and have it all set up and ready to go for you !Our Travel trailer has 2 rear bunks that can sleep 2 kids in each bunk or 2 small adults, the kitchen table turns into a bed that can fit 2 kids but would fit 1 adult most comfortably, the couch folds out into a double bed that sleep 2 and then it has a queen master bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress. It has a TV in the living room and it has a DVD player and AM/FM radio with blue tooth capabilities and speakers that play either inside/outside or both. It has LED lighting under the automatic awning. It has an automatic slide out where the table and couch are located. It will come equipped with outdoor rugs, zero gravity chairs, folding tables, a 17 inch table top blackstone gas griddle, blankets, sheets, towels, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
