A fully stocked kitchen including pots and pans, electric kettle and French press, coffee mugs, dishes, multi function cooker, small air fryer, glasses, wine glasses, and everything else needed to make a lovely meal . Also, included is a 43 inch smart TV, a few games, including cards, dish and hand soap, tiki torches, outdoor gas grill and table and so much more. This camper is the perfect camper to get away with family whether it's for the weekend or a week! One of the amazing things about this rv is the room it is equipped with a master bedroom and full size bedroom in the front. Then in the middle is your spacious kitchen in living room with a dining room table and a pullout couch! The rear is equipped with bunk beds it has a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top! Every room is equipped with brand new smart tvs! My favorite part is outside the rv which has a pull out Blackstone grille with a fridge right beside of it and outdoor speakers to listen to the radio and enjoy the outdoors! You only need to bring your food, and clothes along. We can provide the linens at extra charge for you to have less hassle and more time to enjoy your vacation. This trailer is only offered delivered directly to your prepaid campsite or your preferred place, and we will also pick it up. Delivery Fees vary depending on location. The pick up fee is included in the delivery fee, cost per mile. If you need it delivered further than 150 miles location, you may shoot me a message and we can discuss. We always set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you. If you decide to park in a place with no dumping site, please add "off-site dumping fees" from the add-on section. We strive to maintain all of our RV's at an exceptional level of cleanliness, we do ask all our renters to leave the RV in the same condition as it was delivered, Cleaning materials are supplied for you, so that before you depart: all food remnants, trash, surfaces are to be wiped down including stovetop and oven, refrigerator and freezer, entire bathroom including outside and inside of toilet. We understand camping gets a bit dirty but if you can clean as your trip progresses it really helps keep our units so beautiful! Additional fees can apply if unit is not returned in this fashion at a rate of $80/hr for the cleaning time. Other things to note: - No smoking or vaping is permitted in or around this RV. The gas will be full when you get it (3.5 gallons). Normally with Generator use, it is up to the renter to provide more gas beyond the first fill up. Depending on where you are, you might not be able to go out and get gas. We can send along additional gas cans. We would charge $30 per 5 gallon can (see Gas add-on).
