We always set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you. The rear of the camper has 3 bunks to accommodate 3 more people. 2 of the bunks have a weight limit of 150 pounds. Dinning room table and sofa fold down for extra sleeping space. Full outdoor kitchens allows for easy outdoor entertainment. Pet friendly on a case by case basis. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in camper, if violated renter forfeits entire security deposit.
