We are currently delivery only. Fee is custom based on distance and nightly stay so the longer you keep it the cheaper I can make the delivery costs. This beautiful family style trailer comes with everything you can think of on your vacation plus more. There is central heat and air plus a 2nd heat/air unit solely for the master bedroom. Rig has 2 bathrooms with vanity and storage, 1 with full stand-up shower and the other with a 2nd access point to the outside. Small Dogs are welcome with approval and everything in the camper is yours to use. All I ask is if you use it, clean or wash it and put it back. This camper has 2 large slide-outs for a spacious hang out and kitchen area. Master queen bedroom comes with dedicated full bath and a 34 inch smart TV with a swivel wall mount for convenient viewing, tons of storage and outlets that work off the converter. Living room area has a 42 inch LED with fire stick, pull out couch that sleeps 2. Kitchen has a 3 burner Furion stove top and oven, large sink, extended foldable table top, microwave, and full size fridge. There is plenty of storage and drawers that are fully stocked with utensils and dining ware plus a large pantry. There are games, puzzles, and radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. The bunk room has a queen-size foldable couch mattress and two bunkbed's. The right bunk folds out of the way when using the couch. The entertainment center has plenty of storage and a 28 inch flat screen ready to be connected to any computer or gaming device. All 4 beds in the camper have foam toppers and fresh bedding. Since there are two bathrooms there are two black and two gray tanks and the system can combine for one dump station port. Outside you have a outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner stove top and mini fridge. Ports for outdoor shower and hook ups for cable if your location provides it. Dual propane tanks will be full at drop off so just top them off or on pick up I can deduct cost from security deposit. Complimentary when I set up I will also set up a tripod adjustable fire pit cooking grill top for your stay. Access to WIFI is through Verizon 5G and available for $5 per day or $25 for full week renters. Gas/propane dual-fueled 12500 Watt generator is available but only for off site locations where land power is unavailable. Combined with Solar panels and 2nd battery you should be ready for anything. I have up to 4 mountain bikes that can be rented for $25 per bike no matter how long your stay is.
Everything that you need to make your camping vacation comfortable is included with this motorhome. All you need to bring is food, beverages, clothes, and personal items and everything else is taken care of. This beauty has bunk beds with smart tv's, a tv outside, a tv in the bedroom, and one in the living area. It has an onboard generator for those of you that like to get off the grid a little. All bedding, cooking utensils, dishes, towels, Keurig, toaster, Blackstone griddle, outdoor chairs and small table, etc., is included with this rental. We have tried to think of everything you would need on your trip and included it in this motorhome.

The mattresses have protective liners installed. The camper is cleaned and sanitized before every use. The renter is responsible for returning it clean and on time. Excessive dirt or mud is subject to additional charges. Grey and Black tanks must be emptied prior to return or subject to an additional fee. Pick up and Drop off can be flexible with prior communication subject to availability. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of unit. Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Pets are always welcome. Festivals are on an approval basis.

This is a beautiful spacious Travel Trailer that's perfect for a 3 day trip or a 2-3 week trip through the US to Yellowstone or the Smokey mountains. Why wouldn't you take your home with you? We provide many amenities that you find in a hotel including, sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even will include towels if requested. Our family's trailer is a beautiful RV stocked and ready for all your camping needs. This features a queen bed in the master bedroom, separated from the rest of the RV with two sliding pocket doors. The kitchen is fully functional with an oven, range, fridge, freezer, kitchen sink, and tons of storage. The dining area sits on a single slide out that gives the whole trailer a very open feel. 43" tv in dining/living area. Can be flipped into master. Beyond the kitchen lies two full size bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. This trailer has a 44 gallon fresh water tank. The black and grey water tanks are 30 gallons each. The powered awning gives you an extra 20 feet of shade on the hot summer days. And an electric tongue jack makes for a much easier process of hooking and unhooking.We hope that you enjoy our trailer as much as we do. We hope you have the best RV experience.
