Thank you for looking at our camper! What's better than spending time with family in the outdoors? Our travel trailer can sleep up to 8 people very comfortably! Many upgrades come in our trailer in hopes to make your experience wonderful. The double bunks mattresses have been replaced with brand new memory foam mattresses. The Master RV Queen bed has an upgraded mattress as well. Each bunk bed has their own TV & DVD player so the kids can unwind to their favorite movie. The dinette cushions have been recently reupholstered. The dinette and love seat (jack-knife couch) both convert into beds for additional sleeping space. You will find a few board games and a couple DVD's in our trailer incase of a rainy day. Cookware, camping chairs, skewers for marshmallows around a fire, bowls, plates, cups, utensils. The oven has a pizza stone to throw in a frozen pizza for a quick meal. Microwave, Bar-B-Q grill set (no grill), Kuerig coffee machine & an electric water kettle for oatmeal in the morning. You will find 3 DVD players in the camper so be sure to bring your favorite movies. Connect our Smart TV to your HotSpot and watch your favorite game. Our "Dori" is a 2021 Escape all-fiberglass dual axle travel trailer. It is perfect for families with one or two children or couples. The dual axle and our upgraded anti-sway and load distribution hitch and overall rounded design provide a smooth, stable ride including at highway speeds. Trailer comes with a wireless rear view, back-up camera (display monitor wired with 12V plug) plugs into tow vehicle and mounts on windshield. The dry weight of the trailer is under 3,700 lbs and with equipment loaded is around 4,000 lbs, and can be readily towed by any vehicle rated to tow 5,000 lbs or more. We use a Toyota Highlander. The Trailer features a built-in, very comfortable Queen bed and large 4 person fully cushioned dinette area converting to another Queen bed sleeping two. Trailer comes with a fully equipped kitchen, sink, Flush Mount Oven with a 3 burner gas Cooktop, 6 cubic foot Frig with separate freezer which operates beautifully on 120V electric or gas. Kitchen area has plenty of storage. Hot water is provided by a two way water heater which works on gas and/or 120V electric for quick recovery. Interior temperature is controlled by a Coleman Mach 10 13,500 BTU air conditioner with soft start (with heat strip), separate gas heater, and a MaxxAir power fan with an exhaust feature that allows for drawing cool outside air in through open windows (that can remain open even in the rain). Bathroom has a built-in shower and sink, and a Foot Flush Toilet, and there are two exterior Showers/hoses (Driver and Passenger Side). Trailer has TV cable plug and cord, with TV and DVD player in bedroom area (as an add-on). RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out i.e. full gas tank, full propane, grey and black tank emptied and flushed out. 3. No off road travels or out of country locations permitted. 4. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. 5. NO-Pets allowed, any evidence will be subject to a $1000 "additional" fee. 6. ONLY use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. 7. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathroom, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 8. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up, or renters will be subject to $50 refuel fee plus actual fuel cost. 9. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and black (septic) tanks before returning RV to owner. Failure to do so will result in a $199 dumping fee. Empty Black first, then Grey, then flush out tanks. 10. Towing Policy: Please let us know in advance if you plan to tow anything behind the RV during the rental period. You must bring your own flat-towing equipment and tow weight must not exceed 5,000 lbs. Renter must bring all other compatible equipment to tow their personal vehicle and it is required that you have a braking system installed in your towed vehicle. We keep the hitches locked at all times to prevent misuse. We charge a flat $200 tow fee. 11. Appliances: The A/C, slide-out(s), generator, awning, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. For assistance, you are advised to consult the informational material in the RV or contact us. 12. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 13. There will be no refunds for early returns. Please inform us in advance if you plan to return early or if you are running late. Any drop-off after 11am CST will result in additional charges per number 15 below. It is inadequate to perform drop-off inspections in the dark as it does not allow for a proper visual inspection. Please plan your travel accordingly to meet pick-up and drop-off times. 14. Extending Rental Dates. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that all rentals costs and rental dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must call us for approval. If you do not return at the scheduled drop-off time on the scheduled Rental Period End Date and you have not called us for approval to extend the rental period, you will be charged additional rental day(s), and any inconvenience fees incurred by the next renter. Please remember that our units are usually booked by other families picking up as quickly as the next day. 15. Late fee of $125 for up to 5pm on scheduled return day. Returns after 5pm will be an additional night’s charge in addition to the $125 late fee. All late returns are subject to owner availability. 16. By taking possession of this rental you agree that you were given the full walk-through of the RV and have found that everything with the vehicle is found to be acceptable, is as advertised, and in proper working order. You also agree that the services you purchased are considered rendered upon your pre-departure inspection of the vehicle, signing of this contract, and leaving with the vehicle to start your reserved rental dates.
