This 21 ft camper is conveniently located in Atlanta, Georgia. There are three sleeping areas in the camper. The main sleeping area includes a queen size bed that comes with sheets, pillows and blanket. All linens are washed/sanitized after each use. There are also two bunk beds in the camper that each comes with sheets, pillow and blanket. The dinette seats four but also converts into a bed. Please note, you will need to provide your own linens and pillows if you intend to use it for sleeping purposes. The kitchen has a fridge/small freezer, two burner stovetop, microwave, and sink. This camper does NOT have an oven. There are pots, pans and spatulas if you wish to cook. Cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, cutting board, dish drying mat, kitchen towels and dish soap are provided for your convenience. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet. RV toilet paper and four towels are included for convenience. All linens are washed/sanitized after each use. The electric awning is perfect for those hot summer days! Housekeeping A cleaning fee will be applied if the camper is returned in less than acceptable condition. There will also be a dumping fee charge if camper is returned with grey or black waste. We clean and sanitize each time before it is rented out. We also include fresh bedding, towels and other linens with your stay. The RV is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, a toaster, outside chairs, fold-up grill, games and so much more. All you really need is clothes and food and youre set to hit the open road. Inside you will find a full kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, 3 burner stove top, oven, microwave, and a sink. To the right includes a dinette table that seats 4 and can be converted to a sleeper that can sleep 1 adult or a few kids. The dinette table has 2 drink carriers built-in with a 40" TV mounted above. Across you will find a sofa that can comfortably seat 2 or 3. This sofa also converts over to a bed that can sleep 1 adult or a few kids. Past the kitchen is a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower with stocked towels and toiletries. In the back is the master bedroom which includes a king-size bed, night tables on each side with power cords, closest and 32" TV. Bunk beds are right outside the master bedroom and each bunk includes its own TV. Also, plenty of storage throughout the RV. On the outside, you will find a 40" TV, power awning, outside speakers, and plenty of storage/compartments.
