Dinette also folds down to sleep 2 as well as a pull out couch. Clean flat fitted sheet on the queen and double beds at the back. Comes with all dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. Two entrance doors. This 2018 27ft bunk house trailer is great for a family of 4-6 has double size bunk beds, queen walk around bed, with a Douglas mattress has a outdoor kitchen, lawn chairs BBQ outdoor tables, rug for out side. This is a nice clean trailer, for the hot nights just turn on the air conditioner .The awning is 20 ft long enough for table chairs and still have room. we will deliver it to camp site and set it up if needed. The dinette is in the slide out which makes more room to walk around. equipped with 2 batteries and 2 30 lb propane tanks. If you are looking to get away with the family for the weekend or the week this is the perfect trailer for you. Please note that any and all smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the coach, and any evidence thereof will incur a $500 deodorizing and cleaning fee. Pets must be arranged prior to booking. This is our family coach, and we appreciate it being returned in the same condition as you get it. Roadside assistance is mandatory for the coach, and this is for your protection solely. Heavy truck mechanic and tools are needed even to change a flat tire, and this is a very costly repair if you have no coverage. I go to great lengths to ensure that your trip is issue free. There is an orientation and test drive that takes roughly 2-3 hours on pickup, so please plan for that. Comfortable dining area and couch for lounging. Outdoor kitchen, awning, outdoor shower, camping chairs, large outdoor mat, table cloths, propane camping BBQ and cooking utensils provided. Everything you need for your getaway, cups and dishes for 6 adults, cutlery, cooking utensils, basic spices, pots and pans, coffee maker, coffee, tea, kettle, toaster, fire roasting sticks, cutting boards and wine glasses. Just bring your groceries to put away in the cupboards and spacious fridge. Extras also provided board games, outdoor games, toilet paper, dishsoap, papertowel, handsoap and garbage bags.
