The camper is located just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Martin. The camper was purchased in May 2021. It has a queen bed in the front bedroom, the sofa makes out into a bed, the table makes out into a bed, and there is a set of full size bunks. It has a two door entry, LED interior lighting, and a radio with bluetooth hookup. There are speakers outside of the camper, so the radio can be heard from inside and outside the camper at the same time. Also, the is an exterior mini refrigerator and a griddle. THERE IS TO BE NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN THE CAMPER.
This is a 2017 KZ Sportsmen, in excellent shape. Everything is in perfect working order except the toilet. Sleeps 4 easily. Bed is a queen size. Open floor plan. Air-conditioning and heat. Propane tank included and full. Midsize refrigerator, microwave oven and 2 burner stove. Plenty of storage. All water, sewage and electrical supplies included. Trailer is 21 ft total and can be towed by a small truck or SUV. Great first time travel trailer or for the couple that wants to get away together. Pets are welcome. Automatic awning. All scissor jacks have been removed to provide additional ground clearance. Replacement jacks are included. No smoking allowed. Due to the sewage being down and not operating we are offering this unit at a discounted price. Water still works and has no problems.

We offer delivery, setup, take down and return (we will even empty holding tanks). Cleaning is also an option. We have most any item needed to your camping trip a success! Add ons include generator, adapters for generators, easy up canopy, camp chairs, sewer dolly, delivery and propane outdoor space heater for the cold nights.
