Also features a booth dinette, 2 TVs, sink, fridge & freezer, electric awning with LED lights, stereo system with indoor speakers, outdoor shower, and tons of storage space!!Other Details: Spare Tire, Electric/Propane Refrigerator, Propane Furnace, backup camera, onan® Generator, power window & door locks Mileage Use: 100 Free Miles a day. Additional miles start at $1.25/ per mile.   Generator Usage: 2 free hours per day included in the rental of the RV. It is $5.00 per hour after free usage. *Requires 30 AMP electrical service to properly function. ***This rental requires a site size of AT LEAST 30 Ft. by 8 Ft. *** This rental will be packed with goodies for your family to enjoy! I take special requests for any items (dish soaps, bathroom necessities, games, balloons, etc.) you would like upon your arrival. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, TV, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home! RENTAL PICK-UPS: Do NOT receive stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, or outdoor package (Grill, table, or chairs). EXCEPTION: Festivals (or ANY large gathering) have a different set of rules and provided list. Please inform us of any large gathering so we may prepare delivery. REQUIREMENTS: 1. NO Sewer hook up and no wat to dump on your own - RQUIRED to select the Dump Fee 2. No water hook up and no way to fill your own fresh water tank - REQUIRED to select the Fresh Water Fill Fee *Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs. *Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit. *ONLY FLUSH SUPPLIED SPECIAL RV TOILET PAPER AND YOUR WASTE! NO EXCEPTIONS! No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. - Will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Early Check-in (Before 3:00 pm) is an extra fee Late Check-out (after 11:00 am) is an extra fee The cleaning fee on this listing is a PREP Fee. The rental is expected to be returned in the same condition received for a cleaning fee will be assessed.
