Our home away from home features everything you need for a weekend away or a longer relaxing vacation. Jam-packed with all modern conveniences and more. The indoor kitchen includes a gas stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and sink. Stocked full with all the dishes and cooking utensils you need. The outdoor kitchen includes a small fridge and counter space. A private queen-bed master room with plenty of storage beside and under the bed. Double bunk house that sleeps 4 and a dinette conversion that sleeps 2 comfortably. Sofa bed drops down for a single bed. Plenty of under-bunk storage for all your extra gear. Tub/shower combination, toilet and vanity as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off from your day's adventures. Fully equipped with a heating and air system, and a 32-inch TV with Radio that includes surround sound speakers inside and outside of the camper. Outdoor awning with LED Lights and external storage provides an easy and comfortable camping experience. Awning tie downs are included. Please be aware of windy conditions as the tie downs can only help in mild wind, these can break fairly easily in windy weather. We've had great adventures that our camper has provided us and our family. We want other families to enjoy the trailer and make their own memories. It comes with everything you need if you are camping in a campground with full hookups - Hose for water hookup - Dual 20 lbs propane tanks - Grey/black sewage hose kit - 30 amp electric cord with 15amp adapter and power surge protector Recommendations: - No smoking - Smoke-free unit - All fluid and tire levels are to be checked daily - Be aware of clearances when opening slide out - Renter must use RV toilet paper supplied ONLY - Normal toilet paper must be disposed-off in the garbage - No smoking or candles/open flames inside of camper at any time - The owner reserves the right to use the security deposit for any damages - We would definitely recommend a campsite with full power so you can run the AC, refrigerator, microwave and outlets The trailer must be returned as clean as it was at pick up, with Propane tanks refilled, and Black/Gray tanks emptied. If trailer is being delivered to a campsite, then a charge of $50 will be added for propane refill and Black/Gray water being emptied. If you are too partied out from all the memories you just created from your trip, you can pay a little extra and we will take care of it for you. Any lost key replacement will cost $100 plus $3/km travelling charges.
