Trifold sofa is comfy to sit on while watching a show on the flat screen TV as it is to sleep in. U-shaped dinette which converts into a bed. Master bedroom features full residential size queen bed with upgraded mattress and a flatscreen TV. Indoor and outdoor speaker system so you don't miss a beat while sitting under the massive 20' awning with LED lighting which provides a nice shaded area for the picnic table and while utilizing the outdoor kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with propane gas stove, fridge, oven & microwave. Also includes toaster, pots & pans, dishes, drinking cups, and cutlery. Functional and spacious bathroom with skylight in the shower area lets in plenty of natural light. Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and 2-burner cooktop that makes it convenient for outdoor cooking.
