This is a GREAT couples or young family camper! (Mom & Dad: The bedroom is semi-private!) Modern amenities (including a shower, separate bathroom and kitchen sinks, microwave and a smart TV!) and A++ owner upgrades. Lovingly owner-maintained in like-new condition and only used by our non-smoking family! Lots of extras included to make your camping trip one to always remember! Easy tow! Easy parking! In a maximum of 30 minutes after you arrive at your campsite, you're ready to relax! We'll include two outdoor "carpets", a fast-set up Clam Quick-set dining tent, a propane BBQ that connects to the trailer's Quick Connect and a classic Coleman Stove. Bed linens and pillows for the Queen Bed are available if requested! Every dish, mixing bowl, pot and pan that you might need are included! Fridge, freezer and water heater can run off of electricity ("shore power") or gas so you'll always have cold food and hot water! Speaking of power, 50' of 30A power cable is included so you'll be able to connect to the power post in your campsite even if it is a bit farther away than normal! A single 100W solar panel will keep the trailer battery "tended" as well! Super-comfortable for 3-season camping! 13.5K BTU air conditioning and a direct vent gas furnace. (2 x 20LB propane tanks are included!) As listed below, the trailer is 25’. UVW is 3850lb. CCC is 2150lb for a GVWR of 6000lbs. Tongue weight is 467lbs. We keep two 20lb propane tanks on the tongue and there is a front pass-through storage area in which we keep lighter items that will somewhat add to the tongue (hitch) weight. We normally tow with a Chevy Tahoe using a Blue Ox weight distribution hitch that is available for your use (2” receiver). The trailer has electric brakes so your tow vehicle should have a stock or aftermarket electric brake controller.
