This cute little camper can sleep 2-4 people, comes with an A/C unit, fridge/freezer, sink, a portable table top cooking burner, basic linens (will need to provide own pillows and blankets), and cutlery for all your camping needs. An additional pop up canopy and folding chairs are also provided. Strictly no smoking within the RV and pets are negotiable for an additional $100 pet fee. The folded up tent in the photos is the 10 x 10 pop up tent that can be utilized as well. No table shown in the photo due to lowering the one bed to see further sleeping space. Table is easy to assemble. Plenty of storage is looking to rent long-term. Easy to tow! This is my first camper and it was easy for me. Tow weight maximum is 1700 pounds. My camper will not be used for any drug related activity and strictly no festivals. If you have other questions, please feel free to ask!
