After a hot Florida day, step into the walk-in shower and rinse all your worries away. A queen size Murphy style bed and dining table that converts to a queen size bed provides sleeping for up to 4 guests. Take time to relax and enjoy all the amenities this little gem has to offer! It has a microwave convection oven. Please don’t forget to sign the guest book! Happy camping! Other things to note: - Camper is pet friendly for house trained dogs (Max. 2) under 20 lbs. If damage is caused (furniture scratches, chewing of rugs, bathroom used inside, etc.) by pets, deposit will not be refunded. Excessive uncleanliness of camper due to pet(s) will cause renter to incur additional cleaning fee of $100. -Awning must be retracted during heavy winds and must not be left out overnight or while occupants are away. -After your stay, please place used bed linens, towels, etc. in a pile on the bathroom floor. Please also return clean kitchen items back to cabinets/drawers. - No smoking, please. -Camper will sleep UP TO 4 people, but may be best suited for 2 adults and 2 children due to limited space. -DELIVERY ONLY
