Very easy going! Host explained how to use it well and it was perfect for our trip!
When we got there to do the walk through, he told us that the generator had been repaired but it wouldn’t start so he had to go purchase a generator at the last minute. One of the tires looked low and when we asked he said it was normal and the tires had the right psi, the next daywhen loading up the tire looked real low so I took it to a tire center and tney said all tires were at half the psi and couldn’t believe they rented it to us like that. When we were in the desert the fridge/freezer stopped working sometime overnight and all of our food spoiled, including $125 in steaks. The AC and microwave also stopped working. We normally rent from El Monte Rv but they they were booked so we went the private route. Overall it was a bad experience.
