(SANITIZING/DEEP CLEANING FEE of $500.00 will apply) - We will need to know where you plan on taking the RV. - We are pet friendly, but we charge a pet fee of $200.00 for extra cleaning required to fully remove all pet hair and potential odors in preparation for our next renter. DOGS ONLY - MUST be HOUSE TRAINED & are NOT welcomed any of the furniture throughout RV** - Fresh/Gray/Black water Tanks must be emptied prior to return, or $250.00 fee will apply.** - Both Fuel & Propane must be REFILLED replacing usage, or you will be charged accordingly by gallon at MARKET price, plus a service fee of $75.00.** - Living room slide MUST BE SECURED PRIOR to commuting & UNLATCHED PRIOR to opening slide when setting up** - No grease down drains of any kind, grease must be disposed of in trash (once cooled)** - Mattress cover to be left on at all times during rental period** - It is expected that you return our RV in the same condition that you received it (Interior cleaned out, swept, all surfaces cleaned, clean pots/pans, dishes, etc.) Save yourself an extra $200 cleaning fee.** - No climbing the ladder or anyone on the roof! **Are subject to be deducted from your deposit
