Has gas furnace that uses propane and 12v to run. Wall type ac that can run (by itself) on a normal 120v 15 amp plug or with the generator add on. (All 120v items work normally with standard 30amp connection). Dry camping capable...has 100ah battery with 200 watt solar setup. 3x20 gallon tanks for fresh, black and grey waters. Weighs about 4100 lbs with an approx tongue weight of 410lbs as it currently sits now (weight of full tank of fresh water included in that number). Can be towed by newer full size SUV's and midsize trucks. 21 foot box and about 27 feet overall. It requires a 2-5/16 inch ball, 7 pin connector, and brake controller. I can include proper ball that fits 2 inch receiver free just ask! I offer a Bluetooth brake controller add on if your vehicle doesn't have one.
