Jo was exactly what we needed for our trip to the Redwoods and Lassen! Justin was excellent in communicating with us and was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. As a newer RV/camper user, I needed some coaching, and Justin was very patient and willing to do that with me.
Justin has this unit dialed. Excellent customer service and the rig is ideal for all conditions. We took it on a ski trip during a massive storm and fealt like one of the most capable vehicles on the road.
The camper is roomy and can be set up in 5 minutes or less.
We also got a lot of great tips on skiing and camping in the region that were super useful.
