Full out door kitchen with bbq and bbq attachment that runs of propane tanks at the front of the trailer. Sleeps 9-10. Queen at the front, pull out sofa sleeps 2, dining table folds down to sleep one or two smaller ppl, back room has two floor mattresses and two upper bunk beds. Lots of storage and comes with propane fire pit for fire ban season.
