Does not include: BBQ, outdoor camping chairs, outdoor carpets, extra tables, or fire pit.
I ask for both propane tanks to be refilled to full if not I will charge $100 each.
All sani and water must be dumped or there will be an additional charge of $150 when returned.

Previously, this travel trailer was parked full time in Harrison Hot Springs and used as a family getaway. Life has since changed and is now rented to excellent families to experience their own memories.

Made it super easy to pick up and drop off and communicated pretty well.
The trailer had more than avg wear and tear but everything worked properly during our trip. We had to do a tidy up before we packed the trailer. Communication with Christina was great and prompt.
The trailer already shows signs of wear and tear (like furniture scuffs here and there) but had all the basics and everything worked properly during our stay. the mattress in the bed was very comfortable. My only feedback is to improve cleanliness. The unity was quite dirty and dusty. We had to clean everything as soon as we set up camp, other than that, there were no issues.
From start to finish, this was an over all great experience. The communication was great, the trailer was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Would definitely use them again. The only thing I would suggest for the host is to make a checklist for there renters. This way it very clear where everything is and how to operate the trailer properly. Then things don't get missed upon return and there would be less back and forth asking questions..
