K-Z Spree 189KS - bunkhouse model. Officially sleeps 11, but 9 is better, and 4-6 is downright roomy. 2 bunks with 4 beds. 1 king size bed on a slide out. One double bed that folds out of the couch. 1 queen bed if the dining nook is converted. Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, 13500 AC, heater, inverter, charger, two batteries, bbq included, two 30 lb propane tanks. Linens & pillows optional, dishes and cutlery included. 15’ power awning, 16x10’ ground mat. Prefer to deliver and set-up trailer ourselves, but some exceptions may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Not a heavy trailer, but large. 7000 lbs + fully loaded, 31.5’ long. Owned by our teen son as a way for him to contribute to his disability pension and make longer term hospital visits with, so please treat it with respect and report any damage immediately.
