Great family camper! Sleeps up to 6 people. This trailer has a twin over double bunk, a full size bed in the front and the table fold down into a fair size bed. This trailer is equipped with AC, heat, LED lighting, indoor and out door shower. All appliances are in working order. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Upon owner approval. The rental includes: dishes/utensils/cups, single cup coffee maker, camping chairs (3 adult and 2 kid), cutting board, pots and a frying pan. TV is also included along with a DVD player. TV has outside mount and speaker. Non smoking, No off roading and No roof climbing Generator available for extra fee. If propane refill add-on is not selected, renter is responsible to supply their own propane tank(s). Both furnace and hot water runs off propane. Fridge runs off either propane or power.
