31’ trailer with lots of room for kids and small dogs and can sleep 6-8. It has 2 bunk beds which can be folded up to make room to fit bikes. Table and couch fold out to beds. Refrigerator is gas/electric, ac and heater work great! We used space heaters to conserve on propane. This has an outside shower spray. Awning is electric and so are the leveling jacks. The tow jack is electric too. There are lights under the awning and speakers outside. There is room for a tv in main area and 1 in the bedroom. Lots of storage under queen bed. We have a mattress topper on bed for comfort. This trailer has not been used very much due to all our kids growing up and moving out. And our grandkids live in other states. We have maybe used this 6 times. We take it in every year to get it winterized and for maintenance. This trailer has been good to us and it will be great for your next adventure. When requesting travel trailer, please include the amount of towing experience and the make and model of the tow vehicle so I can make sure we are a good fit. Pickup/ drop off on the weekends can be arranged in the morning or evening but during the week pickup/ drop off has to be after 5pm.
