Glamping with the Family

This is a family owned RV with a queen bedroom and bunk house, perfect for a family get away. Camper does sleep up to 10, sleeping 6-8 comfortably. The sofa pulls out and is great for younger campers. KITCHEN: Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, sugar, creamer, coffee cups, plastic plates/bowls & cups. Silverware: forks/spoons/knives, paper towels, kitchen linens, pots/pans, cast iron griddle & pans, cooking utensils, grilling utensils, can opener, scrubbing sponge, oven mitt. There is also an outside pull out kitchenette w/ small refrigerator, ice maker and stove top. LINENS & BEDDING: - Bath towels, hand towels, & wash cloths - Clean Queen bedding provided w/pillows - Mattress protectors w/ fitted sheets provided for bunk house beds and table bed. **we do not use top linens for the bunk house, table bed, or pull out couch. Recommend bringing sleeping bags. (OR) - We offer clean sleeping bags offered for additional fee ($15 ea.) Camper also has a fire place/space heater. Speakers inside and outside w/blue tooth. “U” shaped table area for maximum seating. Flat screen TV (BYO Fire stick, Roku, or DVD player. There is no antenna or satellite). Two full Propane Tanks (extra tanks $15 ea.) DELIVER/SETUP/TAKE DOWN. We will deliver, hook up, take down and dump the trailer up to a 100-mile radius of Zip Code 78253 (Helotes area) for $200. $2/mile over 100-miles, up to 250-miles (This covers travel & expenses both ways). IF YOU TOW. Please message to me and verify that you have the right vehicle to tow and experience towing. The camper is expected to dump and clean Gray & Black tanks. We offer a hassle free dumping fee of $100. PLEASE READ: - Renter is expected to do a basic clean (e.g. remove garbage, sweep floor and quick wipe down of surfaces, clean dishes used). Owner will deep clean & disinfect once camper is returned. - RV toilet paper comes with rental. DO NOT flush regular toilet paper, feminine products, tissue, or wipes down the drains. Blue sanitizer will be added to the Black tank prior to use. - No music festivals or tailgating. - Our family members have Allergies and Asthma. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, and/or PETS in the camper please. The full deposit will be withheld should any of these occur. - Do not over fill gray and black tanks. $150 fee will accompany overfilling of tanks for additional cleaning. - Slide out Canopy must be stored when not being used, when the camper is unaccompanied, and windy conditions. Storms can damage these quickly. Renter will be responsible for any damages accrued to the canopy and camper. - No sea shore camping.
