I take special requests for any items (dish soaps, bathroom necessities, games, balloons, etc.) you would like upon your arrival. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig with hot cocoa, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, outdoor grill with propane tank and 6 foot table, outdoor mat, lights around awning, cleaning products, etc. Leave all your extras at home! OPTIONAL: Outdoor Essentials Package (outdoor grill with propane tank and 6-foot table, outdoor mat, camping chairs). EXCEPTION: Festivals (or ANY large gathering) have a different set of rules and provided list. Please inform us of any large gathering so we may prepare delivery. REQUIREMENTS: 1. NO Sewer hook up and no wat to dump on your own - REQUIRED to select the Dump Fee 2. No water hook up and no way to fill your own fresh water tank - REQUIRED to select the Fresh Water Fill Fee *Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs. **NO Pets or Shoes on Carpet areas** Stains/mud/ pet smells will result in forfeiture of security deposit. *Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit. *ONLY FLUSH SUPPLIED SPECIAL RV TOILET PAPER AND YOUR WASTE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
