Ready for adventure? Welcome to your home away from home! Our Travel Trailer is where you, your family + friends will make great memories together.😊⛺☀️🛶 • Sleeps up to 6 people (5 comfortably). Brand new Queen Beautyrest Eurotop in the master, pull out couch to double bed + dining table converts into a bed. Plenty of storage throughout. 32" Smart TV in the living room w/ Bluetooth radio, speakers inside + outside, LED lights on exterior, power awning + bump out. Trailer is equipped with toaster, Keurig coffee maker + pods/tea, 8 piece bowl + plate set, 12 cups, mugs, all cutlery + cooking utensils, 3 frying pans, 1 pot, garbage bags, bath towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand + dish soap, board games/cards, + more! • *PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING + PILLOWS (Bedding + pillows not provided). • Campsite must be able to accommodate a 29.5 foot trailer, 15 or 30 amp hook-up (x1 extension cord provided). 2-5/16" receiver, power jack + electric brakes, a brake controller is required for towing (if you do not have a brake controller, one can be borrowed). • Fresh water tank is to be filled by you. • *You are responsible for emptying the grey + black septic tanks before the trailer is returned (sewage hose provided). A “Emptying Septic Prepayment” fee of $100.00 will be charged if tanks are not emptied on return.* • NO SMOKING or vaping in the trailer please. If evidence of smoking is present such as strong odors or burn marks or ash, full security deposit will be held back. • Camper + all equipment must be returned in the condition it was given to you in. Charges for any damages will be taken out of your security deposit. • *No delivery, pick up only. Experience towing a camper trailer + proper towing equipment is a must.* • Sorry, no pets.
