Patricia was friendly and flexible for delivery and pick up. Good communication for questions and updates on arrival times. Trailer fulfilled our needs for a place to sleep during short trip. We did not require the use of other features of trailer, cooking, heating, plumbing.
Standard camper, friendly host. Kids loved the experience. We appreciated the delivery and pick up service.
Patricia was on time and always let us know her agenda regarding the delivery and pickup of the trailer. We would be happy to deal with her again.
Patricia is a very nice host. She allowed me to pick up a day earlier to accommodate with my trip.
The host was good to deal with at the beginning, unfortunately, the trailer was a huge disaster once I got to the location to open it up. mold in the fridge, the toilet still had used toilet paper in it, and it stunk so bad when opening the door we never went in it ever again for the rest of the rental I did call the host to ask if we could return it as we rented for a reason to use shower and toilet as we were at a race track with no accommodations for that. Hence why I rented a trailer in the first place. I was told nope it's a done deal no offer of discount from the host nor the RVezy rental company. The host told me to just put an odor puck in under the sink but that was not even close to going to work as the tank still had previous renters bowl movements in it that sat in the hot heat. for who knows how long. there are lots pics to show just not sure how to upload them. FAR WARNING open all doors and have the host open the whole trailer up before taking it away to the site. I learned a valuable lesson here. We came in late and were rushed to get set up at the track never did a good enough inspection other wise i would have canceled on the spot that night. We pay a cleaning fee to the rental company yet this was also full of looked-to-be Huskey dog fur on all couches etc. beds his was 100% not cleaned before the previous renter.
